You, CAMG, and Consumer Safe, individually and collectively, including any of our clients, customers, advertisers, law firms, employees or agents, agree that each party may bring a dispute against the other party only in an individual capacity, and not as a class representative or class member in any purported class action, mass action, or any type of representative proceeding, including, without limitation, any federal or state class action lawsuit or mass action in an arbitration proceeding or otherwise. However, nothing in this limits your right or the right of CAMG, Consumer Safe, or any party to bring a lawsuit against each other as an individual plaintiff in an arbitration proceeding. This provision applies to all claims that arise under, in connection with, or relate to any advertisement or interaction with CAMG, Consumer Safe, or any law firm or its attorneys, staff, representatives or agents pursuant to any advertisement. YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST CAMG, CONSUMER SAFE OR ANY LAW FIRM OR ITS ATTORNEYS OR ANY OTHER PARTY ADVERTSING WITH CAMG OR CONSUMER SAFE ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OR MASS ACTION. Further, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative action, class action, or mass-action proceeding.
